Veetsan Hood-Type Dishwashers

Veetsan hood-type dishwashers are ideal for high-capacity dishwashing operations in large commercial kitchens. They wash up to 63 racks per hour using just 0.5 gal (1.892 L) of water per rack. Their integrated atmospheric booster raises incoming cold water to a constant 180°F (82.2°C). The durable stainless steel AISI304 construction with double-skin insulated hoods enhances energy efficiency and longevity. Revolving stainless steel wash/rinse arms, detergent and rinse aid pumps, and a self-cleaning cycle are other features that make these machines powerful. They are available in 1 and 3-phase electrical configurations.
