Thunder Group Pizza Dough Boxes & Proofing Pans

To use a pizza-proofing dough box and pan for pizza dough:

1. Lightly oil the pan or proofing box bottom to prevent the dough from sticking.
2. Place the dough inside, cover it with the lid, another dough box, or a plastic wrap.
3. Keep it in a warm area (75–85°F / 23.88-29.44°C) for 1–2 hours or until doubled in size.
