Mongolian BBQ grills are large round griddles used for stir-frying thin slices of meat, vegetables, and noodles at high temperatures. Mongolian BBQ is actually a traditional dish. Mongolian BBQ is an on-demand dish, so a higher BTU rating is crucial for instant recovery and faster cook times.
