- Stainless steel pans lift out for quick clean‐up.
- Breading Pan has bottom cutout w/a removable Plug; when ready to sift breading, remove plug to dump used breading directly into the Sifter Pan below.
- Removable 14” x 22” Staging Tray attaches (without tools) to either side of cabinet ... stage breaded product ready for the fryer. Breading “fall‐off” is directed back into pan
