• Accessory, External Smoking Unit for the FX Combi Ovens, with analog controls, that produce smoke when the FX works in convection heat mode.
• With the FMSX it is possible to fill the cooking cavity with hot or cold smoke and infuse that flavor into selected items.
• The FMSX is supplied with a special connection pipe, between the smoker, placed on the FX, and the standard exhaust pipe coming out on the FX itself.
• The FMSX can be easily disconnected or connect with the FX by the operator.
• The FMSX is provided with a drawer, to contain wood chips.
• The electric heat exchanger, that produces the smoke in the FMSX, can be manually controlled by the front oven knob.
