Product Description

Heat shield made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 12/10 thickness. To be positioned on the left side of the oven when radiant heat sources are present. Thanks to its construction type as a chimney, the shield draws fresh air from the bottom and canalizes upwards in order to cool/protect the oven. For FX ovens with 20 x GN 1/1 capacity. With the heat shield fitted, the oven width increases by 5.3 cm.
