Dual-use tray in non-stick coating aluminium with a smooth side ideal for pizza and a ribbed side ideal for thin food. Use smooth side for fresh or defrosted pizza/focaccia: dry cooking at 260/230° C with 60% closing cooking chamber. Use ribbed side for paillards, escalopes, finely cut vegetables, small fish: dry cooking at 250-260° C with 100% open cooking chamber. GN 1/1 size.
