Accurex Roof Upblast and Sidewall Exhaust Fan, Alum, 14700 Cfm
Features And Benefits
- Quiet efficiency : An aluminum, backward-inclined centrifugal wheel generates high-efficiency and minimal sound. Matched to the venturi for maximum efficiency, each wheel is robotically welded and statically and dynamically balanced for long life and quiet operation
- Prewired switches : NEMA-3R disconnect switch is factory mounted and wiring is provided from the motor as standard (other switches are available)
- Clean motor : Motor is carefully matched to the fan load and mounted out of the airstream to avoid grease build up
- Easy motor access : Motor cover constructed of aluminum with stainless steel fasteners attached for easy removal and access to the motor compartment and drive assembly
- Easy maintenance : Stainless steel fasteners allow for easy removal and access to the motor compartment and drive assembly
- Maximum motor life : Cooling fins draw outside air directly into the motor compartment; this positive motor cooling with fresh air results in maximum motor life
- Easy lift : Select models have various lifting points located on the drive frame or bearing plates
- Reduced noise and vibration : True vibration isolators contain two independent studs with rubber neoprene to support the drive assembly and wheel for long life and quiet simple system operation—no steel-on-steel contact
- Simple system balancing : Select the Greenheck Vari-Green® motor with integrated balancing pot or add our low cost speed controller to quickly balance your system at start-up
- Protection : One-piece, heavy-gauge aluminum windband, with a rolled bead for extra strength, directs exhaust air away from the mounting surface
- Leak-proof : One-piece windband is continuously welded to the curb cap and drain trough for grease leak-proof protection
- Easy mounting : Aluminum curb cap has pre-punched mounting holes to ensure correct attachment to the roof curb
- Single-point drain system : The drain-trough allows for one-point drainage of water, grease and other residue
