The HLC-1717-13 is provided 13 shelves at 2" spacing. Counter-top model with legs and full see-thru door.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Heat System
Radiant Heat System - FWE's natural convection heat system allows a soft heat to radiate throughout the compartment. Heat rises naturally and circulates from bottom to top without blowers. Radiant heat is best suited for short term heated holding.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Shelves - Shelves are removable and adjustable and supported by a fixed shelf slide assembly.
