- Warranty duration: 2 years total, with identical parts and labor coverage as the first year.
- Labor threshold: If service requires more than 3 hours, the factory decides between repair at Pratica workshop or replacement with a like‑new unit.
- Turnaround time: Both repair and replacement are completed within seven business days.
- No loan oven: During maintenance or replacement, no temporary oven is provided.

Second-Year Extended Warranty – Forza STi Double-Stacked or Fit ST Double-Stacked
- Second year of warranty with the same coverage as the first year, such as parts and labor.
- Coverage will not extend beyond this 2-year period.
- During the second year of the warranty, if any maintenance requires more than 3 hours of labor, the factory will assess whether the equipment should be repaired at Pratica workshop or replaced with a like-new model. Both options will take seven business days to complete. Please note that during equipment return for maintenance or replacement, there is no provision for a loan oven in this meanwhile
