The Generation III 36" x 96" Single Panel door is designed for high-traffic operations that need durability, safety, and efficient two-way movement. Generation III doors are built with a high-impact ABS face sheet bonded to an internal steel frame, creating a door that’s lightweight, durable, and resistant to everyday wear. For safety in fast-moving environments, the door includes clear vision panels to improve visibility and reduce collisions.

Featuring a precision v-cam hinge system, these doors maintain proper alignment and self-centering operation, delivering exceptional strength, balance, and long-term durability compared to conventional traffic doors. Constructed with an FDA-approved diamond-texture coating, hermetically sealed panels, and welded steel reinforcements, Generation III doors are engineered for demanding environments including supermarkets, grocery back-of-house areas, food distribution centers, warehouses, and food processing facilities where hygiene, durability, and impact resistance are critical. The doors operate smoothly, opening with approximately 3 lbs of pressure for efficient traffic flow. Tear-drop impact bumpers are included, and the doors are proudly made in the USA.
