Precise Core Temperature Control for Commercial Sous‑Vide
Ensures precise core‑temperature monitoring while maintaining a sealed vacuum for consistent sous‑vide results in high‑volume kitchens.
Key Features
- Constructed from Teflon, silicone and stainless steel for durability and food‑grade safety.
- Reusable SYV valve design eliminates the need for disposable accessories, reducing waste and cost.
- Operates safely at temperatures above 100 °C, limited only by the sous‑vide bag material.
- Creates an airtight barrier at the needle probe entry point, preventing air ingress during cooking.
- Fits standard sous‑vide bags, enabling seamless integration into existing commercial kitchen workflows.
From The Manufacturer
(1603072) The "core probe valve" device, or also SYV (Save Your Vacuum), allows to detect the core temperature of the product being cooked sous-vide , creating barrier to the air passage in the point where the needle probe goes through the bag.
The SYV valve can be reused over and over again, i.e. every time the process involves core temperature sensing. The choice of materials (Teflon, silicone and stainless steel) allows the SYV valve to be used at temperatures above 100°C; therefore the real limit is the type of bag used.
