Ayva brings an elevated expression of Turkish cuisine to Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, combining traditional flavors and ingredients with modern culinary techniques. Created by Chef Selim Ülker, the chef and co-owner behind Kardes Turkish Grill & Bar, the restaurant is designed to offer a refined dining experience that celebrates the depth and versatility of Turkish cuisine.
Building on the success of Kardes, Ayva creates a more sophisticated setting where thoughtful design, efficient foodservice operations, and contemporary hospitality come together. Our team is supporting the project through comprehensive kitchen and bar planning, MEP coordination, 3D design, equipment procurement, and delivery and installation coordination.
