A full-scope Brazilian bakery concept arrives in Murfreesboro with a vibrant, welcoming space where Brazilian pastries, specialty coffee, fresh juices, groceries, and ice cream all come together. Designed for both retail and light dine-in service, the layout required thoughtful planning and flexible equipment solutions to support a wide variety of offerings.
We collaborated closely with the owners to bring their vision to life through complete foodservice design — including hood system planning, MEP coordination, 3D renderings, and custom millwork development. The final result is a compact, multi-purpose bakery that feels fresh, functional, and full of authentic flavor.
