Merci La Vie Artisan Bakery brings authentic Belgian and French baking traditions to Downtown Murfreesboro through a warm, community-focused bakery and café concept. Founded by a Belgian couple and trained artisan bakers certified in Brussels, the bakery will feature naturally fermented breads, handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, and its signature Bar à Croissant experience.
Designed as more than just a bakery, Merci La Vie is envisioned as a welcoming community gathering place where guests can enjoy traditional European baking, explore fermentation products, and take part in hands-on baking and food workshops. Our team is supporting the concept through comprehensive bakery and foodservice planning, from kitchen layout and MEP coordination to 3D design, interior development, procurement, and delivery.
