This full-scope school project in Chattanooga included the design and layout of a student cafeteria, a commercial-grade kitchen, and a dedicated culinary classroom. The goal was to create high-efficiency service zones for daily school meals while also supporting hands-on learning in a structured, industry-standard teaching environment.

From traffic flow and sanitation to equipment selection and classroom visibility, every element was planned to meet educational and operational standards. The result is a multifunctional space that feeds, teaches, and inspires.
