  • Vulcan Convection Ovens: Vulcan convection ovens are available in standard and deep cavity sizes. Certain models have removable stainless steel doors for easy cleaning, and their double-pane windows enhance product visibility. They have 5 nickel-plated oven racks and 11 rack positions. The 2 control options are solid-state and computer controls for adjusting the temperature range from 150Ā°F to 500Ā°F (65.56Ā°C to 260Ā°C).
  • Vulcan Boilerless Combi Ovens: Vulcan improves chefsā€™ cooking capabilities by integrating baking, roasting, grilling, air-frying, rethermalizing, and more into a single unit. The combi ovens do all these with manual and auto cooking modes. The manual mode features the patent-pending ABC interface, which automatically adapts the humidity level after setting the temperature. The auto mode includes preloaded and programmable recipes. The pan capacities span from 4 to 14 full-size hotel pans.

Vulcan Fryers

Vulcan presents an expansive countertop and floor fryer line in 1 to 4 full-pot configurations. Each tank accommodates 2 fry baskets and 35 lb (15.88 kg) to 90 lb (40.82 kg) of oil. Select models have basket lifts and used oil disposal systems. The PowerFryTM and QuickFryTM series feature built-in KleenScreen PLUSĀ® oil filtration technology. Vulcan Fry Dump Stations

Vulcanā€™s fry dump stations are compatible with all its gas and electric fryers as add-on or stand-alone configurations.
