Why Use Cleveland SteamCub Steamers?
All true Convection Steamers have a drain. The drain not only prevents
pressure from building up in the compartment, but it also enhances the
heat transfer process and keeps the compartment cleaner. The condensing
system allows hot condensate to be forced down the drain so fresh steam
can transfer the heat into the food more efficiently.
Cleveland Classic Series Gas Convection Steamers now come standard with NickelGuard™ and a 100% Full 5 Year Boiler Warranty (includes parts and labor). A highly effective nickel technology for carbon steel boilers that resists scale and corrosion. Provides a hard film similar to stainless steel, dramatically improving boiler life.

Cooking Capacity for up to ten 12˝ x 20˝ x 21⁄2˝ deep Cafeteria Pans,
five each compartment.
Pressureless cooking with forced convection steam, permitting doors to
be opened while cooking continues.
Solid State Controls operate water level and safety functions.
Each compartment is equipped with a 60 minute mechanical timer, separate
bypass switch for constant steaming and a cold water condenser for
superior cooking results.
Instant Steam Stand By Mode: Hold generator at a
steaming temperature. Allows unit to start cooking instantly.
Durable 14 Gauge, Stainless Steel Construction: For
Compartment Door and Steam Cooking Cavity.
Separate Main Power Switch for “On/Off”
Exclusive Steam Cooking Distribution System: The
exclusive Convection Jets produce a high velocity convection steam
without fans. Coved Corner design in cooking compartment distributes
heat evenly and is easy to keep clean. Creased top & bottom enhance
drainage. Cold Water Condenser for each compartment maintains a dry
steam. Fully insulated cooking compartment for thermal efficiency.
Removable Stainless Steel Slide Racks for easy cleaning.
