The BT-24M breading table is the perfect companion to the BKI full line of fryers. These breading tables are compact and portable for breading and preparing product for frying. BKI´s breading system is designed to produce a consistent product while reducing breading costs. A spring-loaded hinged marinade basket makes delivering raw product into the breading lug easy. A hand sifter separates dough balls, promoting consistency in the sifted breading. BKI breading tables are 100% hand built in the U.S.A. and include all stainless steel construction, a set of four locking casters, sifter drawer with lower receiving pan, and a durable lug for raw chicken. The extension shelf can be mounted on the left or right side of the table. By combining the BT-24M breading table with a BKI deep fryer, our LTS mobile landing table, and a BKI hot display case, you’ll have a complete solution for your frying program.
