BKI Commercial Deep Fryers

BKI's deep fryer line includes gas and electric fryers, bread and batter stations, and oil caddies. These extra-large freestanding fryers are designed to last long and offer high volumes. They fry up to 18 or 24 pounds (8.16 or 10.88 kg) of items in each fry cycle and have a full-pot design with a 73 or 75-pound (73.11 or 34.02 kg) oil capacity. You can pair your fryer with a BKI oil caddy, breading table, and fry dump station. 

• Both the gas and electric models come with pressure vat options. Pressure fryers ensure a crispier exterior while retaining a moist interior. 
• Most units in the BKI fryers category feature a built-in filtration system to extend the oil life and maintain taste consistency. 
• The auto lift basket on all the models facilitates the frying process, automatically raising the fry basket when the products are done. 
• You can choose from fryers with manual, touchscreen, or advanced computer controls.
• BKI shortening disposal caddy has a bi-directional pump and 54″ (134.16 cm) high-temperature hose to easily remove used oil. Its pump can transfer up to 150 pounds (68.03 kg) of fat in less than 2 minutes.
• The bread and batter station is an excellent companion for all the BKI deep fryers. The sifter drawer and spring-loaded marinate basket ensure hassle and mess-free breading.
• The landing table comes with a removable dump tray and 6 tray slides for standard 18″ x 26″ (45.72 x 66.04 cm) sheet pans.

BKI Hot Food Warmers

BKI countertop and mobile warmers let you prepare for the peak hours by keeping hot foods fresh and at ready-to-serve temperatures. The heated display cases and french fry warmers in this category combine infrared heat on the top and convection heat on the bottom to double the holding time and keep the items fresher and more flavorful. 

• Heated display cases come in single or double shelves with a slanted or flat structure. Their pass-thru design allows easy loading and creates a powerful merchandising effect.
• BKI French fry warmers are available in countertop and mobile models. They feature an automatic safety cutoff to prevent overheating. The holding capacities are 8 or 10 pounds (3.62 or 4.54 kg). The bin-style models accommodate a 12 "x 20" (30.48 x 50.8 cm) steam table pan.

BKI Rotisserie Ovens

BKI rotisserie ovens are perfect for extremely high-volume environments with their massive and versatile cooking capacities. 

• These single or double-deck rotisseries can cook up 20, 40, or 80 3-pound (1.36 kg) chickens in 75 minutes using the bright touchscreen controls. 
• They can also store up to 15 customizable menu programs in Spanish or English. 
• They come with a solid back or a pass-thru construction and curved or flat glass doors.

You can use your rotisserie oven with BKI's ventless exhaust hood, VGH-8. It has an improved two-way filtration process to remove all the grease-laden vapors and contaminants in the air.
