Vollrath’s Downdraft Vent System with Induction & Fire Suppression provides the venting and fire protection needed to create the stage for front-of-the-house cooking. The Downdraft Vent System with Induction & Fire Suppression is available with one or two induction ranges, and in either Vollrath’s 6-Series Custom base or 4-Series base.

Includes qty. 1 - 59501 Mirage Drop-In Range & Rectangle Countertop Cutting Board (in non-induction location left or right location). Includes stainless kickplates (front, left & right sides), 5" casters with adjustable legs). UL certified to UL710B, UL197, UL-Sanitation. NSF certified to NSF4. Meets the requirements of EPA Method 202 from Section 59 of UL710B & NFPA96. Emissions < 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef. Made-to-Order in the USA.
