The SIERRA proofer heater cabinets are designed to keep ali your fresh cooked food items hot until they're ready to serve, these models represent full size insulated & non-insulated holding/proofing cabinets which help to ensure your restaurant, diner, commissary or bakery is always prepared for those high volume meal periods.
