- 5” polyurethane plate casters for easy maneuverability and stability. Front casters are provided with brakes.
- “Proof/humidity” mode: Up to 95% RH at 110°F (43°C)
- “Heat” mode: Maximum Temperatures up to 180°F (82°C)
- Full length clear door opens 90 degrees.
- Field reversible door for right or left hanging is standard. Magnetic door latch for keeping door closed during transport. Easy pull handle for opening.
- Wire slided can be adjusted on 2” increments.
- Slides accomodate standard steam pans.
- Control drawer is removable for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Drip Trough catches condensation. Internal water pan collects condensation or is used in proofer mode.
