Hood shall be an LBC Kitchen Series Roll-In Rotating Rack Oven Type IIHood, model number Hood, LMO Max. The hood is rated for 400 cfm at 1in of water column. Heating is interlocked to hood airflow, although the ovendoes not supply power for a rooftop ventilator
