Concession Hood, 4’ Length, 30” depth, type1, for your concession trailer, food truck, or other location where space is limited, grease cup and aluminum filters are included, this style hood would require 1500 to 1800 CFM, if at least one side is against a wall, constructed with 18 Gauge 430 SS (#3 polish), NSF listed, conforms to NFPA96.
