The EXC10EL Dehydrator is built to last, with armoured glass doors and stainless steel trays. The 2 Time / 2 Temp feature can be used to speed up the drying process, making the overall time of drying far less by setting a period of time at a higher and lower temperature. Clean up is easy with a removable stainless steel drip tray.
