Based on what you are drying, select a setting on the digital temperature control panel, and set the digital timer for up to 12 hours for an automatic shut off. The rear mounted fan circulates for even drying with out having to rotate the racks. There is a removable drip tray for easy clean up. Includes ten nonstick trays.
