The RF40,(1) 40 lb. frypot, combination gas valve with built-in pressure regulator control, stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, fry pots & 11" flue riser, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, 110,000 BTU.

The RF40 Fryer can keep up with your busy kitchen’s production needs. Range match design makes it the perfect companion, in form and function, to the Legend Series Heavy-duty Range. A stainless steel frypot and 50 lb. (22.7kg) capacity make this reliable fryer ideal for all-purpose frying.

  • 11” (279mm) high flue riser with insulated heat shield for cooler operation
  • 6” (152mm) height-adjustable stainless steel legs
  • 1-1/4” NPT front gas manifold with 1/2 unions for battery connection
