Refrigeration system: All components are mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled as one piece and can be removed as one piece. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used. Refrigeration system is capable of maintaining product temperatures of 36 F- 38 F. Freezer models maintain temperatures of -10 Fin heavy use food service operations. Reach-ins utilize two variable speed compressors that adapt based on demand, thus providing maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. All dual temp models utilize expansion valve technology, which allows the systems to automatically adjust for proper refrigerant amounts to maintain efficiency. Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum efficiency.
