Why use Edlund Electric Food Slicer ?
The new Edlund 350XL Series of slicers are designed to handle larger items and more of them. The opening, blade assembly, and pusher are 11 ⁄2′′ larger which makes them perfect for slicing cooked chicken breasts for fajitas, caesar salads, or larger beefsteak tomatoes. The new pusher design allows operators to adjust the start cycle for product thickness, while maintaining complete safety. Comes complete with two blade assemblies and two wash guards which eliminate down time.
