NEMCO's Soup Merchandisers are listed to the NSF/ANSI Standard 4, the "commercial cooking, rethermalization, and powered hot food holding and transport equipment" standard. And our Soup Merchandisers meet NSF section 6.3 and are considered "Rethermalization Equipment."

The Nemco 6510-D7 Specification
Soup Merchandisers are constructed of stainless steel. The wells are 300 series and the exterior are 400 series. They have and adjustable thermostat for storing product at the proper serving temperature. All models shall carry the certification of United States and Canadian ETL Testing Laboratories and shall be listed with the National Sanitation Foundation.
