The double-wall stainless steel base reduces heat loss, and the unique heating element allows this well to be used dry or wet for increased versatility. An energy regulator dial gives you complete control over temperature, maintaining food safety. Two adapter bars can be used to divide wellS. The stainless steel top is heated, keeping plates warm, and the rear sliding glass doors simply lift out for easy cleaning.
