Standard Features:
- Bakers Pride® P46 series ovens feature two baking chambers: an upper chamber with two decks that is great for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads and a taller lower chamber with one deck for baking or roasting.
- This series is available with your choice of Cordierite or brick-lined with Cordierite. The brick-lined model offers the benefit of an added Cordierite ceiling, which increases temperatures and recovery times. They may be easily installed at the factory or in the field.
- The two baking chambers also independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–550°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4" adjustable legs. International voltages available.
