The CT series integrates the groundbreaking engineering of Marsal gas-fired ovens into a new electric countertop model. Featuring a 0.625" thick brick cooking surface with "Quick Heat Technology" and a revolutionary electric coil burner system, this oven ensures even heat distribution, making pizzas crispier and tastier.

Designed to be the best in the industry, the CT Series electric countertop ovens offer 3.875" deck heights—30% more room between decks than competitors. Stainless steel handles raised 3.5" from the door provide safe operation, while 1.75" door insulation retains heat more effectively than other models.
