Featuring spill-proof, 9” solid-top burners, these hot plates provide even-heat distribution and quick heat-up times --ideal for soups, sauces, stews, pan-frying, and sautéing. ▪ Built with heavy-duty stainless steel, these hot plates offer durability for professional kitchens. Choose from three models with 2, 4, or 6 powerful elements (each 2 kW) to suit your needs. Each element includes a built-in thermo-protection device to prevent overheating. They operate at 208/60/3P for efficient performance and can be converted to single-phase in the field. The electric ranges are ETL listed.
