Multi-Level/Height
The PrepMate Mulit-Rail design holds a standard 18"x24" cutting board* above standard food/steam table pans. The design increases work surface capacity by providing an easily accessible level of storage below the work surface. PrepMate is capable of 5 work surface heights (35 1/8" – 39 1/8") allowing the work station to be set-up for multiple employee heights and tasks.
