Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
- Top Mount Electronic Controls: Simple to use electronic control, user friendly, easy to read and easy to set. Provided with low temperature alarm. Set range 90F - 190F (32C - 88C)
- Electronic Controls: Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Slides and Shelves
Unique and versatile fixed slide design holds 12" x 20" pans or GN containers per set of slides. Standard shelves are adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of pans, trays, plates and take out boxes.
