• Shelf Configurations: 2 adjustable shelves can be arranged to hold products of varying size. The HFDH provides a total of 3 selling surfaces and over 14 cubic feet of product space
• Food Timers: 12 multi-selection, adjustable timers 30 minutes - 4 hours (in 30 minute increments).
• Flexible Temperature: 6 heating zones can be individually adjusted to the various products being held.
• Front or Rear Mount Controller Option: The HFDHC Combo-Serve can be purchased with the controller mounted in the front or mounted in the rear. The front mount controller is concealed behind a pull down panel. Please consult current pricing sheet for specific model numbers.
