• Dial thermometer with remote sensing bulb
• Capable of heating to 200°F (93°C); pre-heat to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 25 minutes
• All welded, turned-in seam, stainless steel construction
• 14 ga. stainless steel full depth bolsters; 1”x1” perimeter channel supports
• Flush mounted, double panel door with 1” thick high-density fiberglass insulation, gasketless design
• Welded-on, stainless steel butt hinges with 3/8” pin
• Flush mounted sliding latch
• All-swivel rubber casters; two fitted with brakes
• Removable tray racks with fixed tray slides on 2.75” centers
