FWE HLC-8 UnderCounter Heated Holding Cabinets
General Informations
HLC-8, heated holding cabinet. Provided with (8) pair of tray slides at 2.625" spacings. Fixed slides accommodate 12" x 20", 18" x 13", GN 1/1 pans. Custom slide spacings available at time of order.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Heat System
Radiant Heat System - FWE's natural convection heat system allows a soft heat to radiate throughout the compartment. Heat rises naturally and circulates from bottom to top without blowers. Radiant heat is best suited for short term heated holding.
Slides and Shelves
Fixed Slides for 12x20 Pans - Accommodates shallow and and deep 12" x 20" pans , 18" x 13" trays and GN 1/1 containers. Unique pan slides racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning.
