The TST-7SL is provided with 4 pair of fully adjustable and removable tray slides.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
- Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
- Top Mount Mechanical Controls - Controls are up-front, easy to read and set, and include a full-range Fahrenheit/Celsius thermostat for easy operation.
Heat System
Top Mount Heat System - Large air circulation top heat source provides open bottom base.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Slides for 18x26 Trays - Unique tray slide design holds trays or pans by the bottom for greater support for heavy food items - tray slides are adjustable and removable for thorough interior cleaning.
