Double pan fully insulated door, 270 degree swing, 12 gauge hinges, recessed door pulls. Top mounted forced air heat, with rear mounted “tunnel” distribution system. Electronic thermostat/ thermometer equipped with Lexan™ cover, lighted on/off switch. Super duty 5" polyurethane casters mounted to 1⁄4" mounting plates. (2) swivel casters with brakes, (2) rigid casters equipped with mounting plate secured to reinforced base channel with 3⁄8" bolts. All fasteners are tamper-proof, hinges and transport latches are 12 ga. and fully welded to the cabinet. Fully welded one piece shelving is removable for cleaning. Model CBFT holds twelve 18" x 26" x 1" bun pans or twenty-four 12" x 20" x 4" hotel pans. Model CBFTHS holds six 18" x 26" x 1" bun pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 4" hotel pans.
