Control Panel

Humi-Temp Controls - Controls are up-front, easy to read and set, and include a full range F/C thermostat for easy operation. Thermometer continuously reads cabinet temperature - even without power source!

Heat System

Humi-Temp Heat System - Heat source with passive humidity circulates heat evenly throughout cabinet.

Slides and Shelves

Fixed Slides for Pizza Boxes,18x26 trays & Shelves - Unique and versatile fixed slide design holds up to two 18" pizza boxes per set of slides. Standard shelves are adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of pans, trays, plates and take out boxes.
