Baxter Undercounter Mobile Proofing Holding Cabinet, (1) Solid Door, (16) Full Size Sheet Pan Capacity

Specifier Statement

The proofer shall be of stainless steel construction, manufactured in the United States by Baxter Mfg. The unit footprint shall be 48"W x 34.61"D x 34"H and be able to support an oven with the same width and depth dimensions that is up to 785 lbs. The proofer shall include two independently operated loading doors, 16 pan capacity with 3" spacing, and have an accessories for a leg kit to replace casters and a stainless steel top when not used with an oven. The controls are to be digital with independent temperature and humidity settings. A 6' power cord and NEMA 5-20P plug must be standard.
