Arctic Air’s compact ref. prep/toppings rails are designed to bring you real, commercial-grade performance at a truly incredible value. All Arctic Air commercial prep tables are tested to NSF 7 levels and must pass numerous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. The exterior of Arctic Air’s ref. prep table models are beautifully designed in a smooth stainless-steel finish for a professional look that you would find hard to limit in any commercial application. More importantly, Arctic Air’s products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features that include a large “cold wall” heat transfer design, electronic micro-processing digital temperature control with external digital display, Unit has no defrost mechanism, units must be defrosted daily by de-energizing the unit. Unit also comes standard with a stainless-steel tip-back pan well cover, 1/6 size, 6” deep metal pans with lids and adjustable stainless steel adaptor bars.
