General Info
Carter-Hoffmann offers racks in a myriad of sizes and configurations to accommodate a variety of trays and pans. Racks come with narrow and wide angle openings, fixed or adjustable tray slides, and open or with extruded side panel walls.

Slides are 3/4” x 1-9/16” channel slides welded to frame. Accept 18”x26” lip loaded bun pans on 1-1/2” centers
