• Frame: The vertical uprights and the top and bottom cross bracing are 2" x 1" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum channels welded to form a rigid frame. Caster support channels are 1-7/8" x 4" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum, fully welded to the vertical uprights and bottom cross supports.
• Guides:The guides are 1" x 1-1/2" x .100 thick extruded aluminum angles welded to the vertical uprights, with all corners chamfered and deburred.
• Rod:All models have 1/2" diameter aluminum tie rods welded to the front and rear vertical uprights for extra rigidity
• Casters:The units are mounted on four 5" diameter, heavy duty, swivel casters.
