All-welded stainless steel construction. Accepts trays or racks on a stainless steel spring-loaded carriage. Unit is self-leveling and hangs from countertop cutout via 14 gauge stainless steel top flange welded to unit. Adjustable dispensing level via hooking or unhooking banks of tensions springs on two sides of unit. Nylon roller guides on each corner for smooth movement inside frame.
