Top to be 16/304 stainless steel turned down on all sides. 11 ⁄2˝ square type 304 stainless steel all-welded tubular base. Quick release spring loaded docking device keeps adjoining units together. Self-leveling dispensers furnished (specify tray size). Fully mobile with 5˝ poly casters, two with brake. Standard laminate panel is holly berry red (Wilsonart® #D307-60).

Design and Construction Features

• All type 304 stainless steel construction - frame and top.
• Welded 11 ⁄2˝ (38mm) type 304 stainless steel square tubular base construction.
• Stainless steel dispenser is lightweight, easily removable for cleaning, and uses a self-leveling carrier mechanism to dispense cups, glasses or trays in a serving line or beverage service point.
• Dispensing mechanism: adjustable from 3 lbs. per inch to 10 lbs. per inch load rate; stainless steel construction; carrier is suspended by nylon-coated braided metal cables fed off power drums on two sides, keeping the topmost tray or rack at specified level.
• Cable-stop limits carrier travel to 24˝ (620mm).
• Capacities: up to 11 dozen cups, to 14 dozen glasses, to 130 trays.
• Spring-loaded docking device keeps adjoining units together without the use of tools.
• Fully mobile - standard 5˝ (127mm) casters, two with brake (brake casters on server side).
• Enclosed on all four sides: Standard holly berry red (Wilsonart® D307-60) laminate mounted on 18 gauge galvanized sub-panel on front, ends and rear.
