This high-temp machine has a built-in booster to sanitize soiled dishes with hot water rather than cleaning chemicals. The booster raises the incoming water temperatures of 120-140°F (48.88-60°C) by 70°F (21.11°C). You can effortlessly adapt the dishwasher as a glasswasher or sanitizer whenever needed.

Fagor CO-500W is constructed from commercial-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The double-skin stamped design increases the strength of the body, wash tank, rack guides, control panel, wash/rinse arms, and tray filters against corrosion and heavy-duty use. The rock counterbalanced door is supported with a double-spring and stainless steel hinge system to withstand wear over extended use. The digital control panel is IPX-certified for extra protection against external humidity and sprayed cleaning of the machine's exterior.

• Wash: An optimized hydraulic system delivers robust mechanical action using the clean water in the tank. At the same time, carefully balanced power ensures precise sanitation temperatures throughout the washing cycle.
• Effi Silent: A complete double-layered construction adds insulation to both the body and door, reducing noise levels below 65 dB and improving thermal efficiency.
• Soft Start: The wash pump power control in the Fagor CO-500W dishwasher regulates the water flow into the machine. The gradual increase in the water flow level protects the dishes and the machine's internal components from early-cycle damage.
• Hot Water Assurance: This system works with the booster heater to ensure that the rinse cycle won't proceed until the rinse water reaches the desired sanitation temperature of 180°F (82.22°C).

Fagor CO-500W finishes a whole cycle in 120 seconds. It achieves this with interchangeable wash and rinse spray arms and detergent and rinse aid dispensers. A 3/4 HP wash pump water, a 3.05 kW tank heating element, and a 3.05 kW booster heating support the process. The machine's onboard pressure gauge checks that the rinse water pressure remains within the 20-25 psi range.
